The tooth fairy is an example of folklore mythology and one of America's "original" fables.

The tooth fairy is very small and she comes in the middle of the night to collect the tooth that the child has left under his or her tooth fairy pillow or keepsake container. Once she has taken the tooth she leaves a monetary gift.

You may wonder what happens to all the teeth the tooth fairy has collected.  You need  look no further then outside your front door.  Just look into the night sky and you will see them sparkling.
